These classes are designed for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. You will learn everything from basic pole dancing moves to more advanced pole dancing moves as you progress through the classes. Each class is designed with your skill level in mind. Think of Pole Dancing as Pole Aerobics because you will get a real workout as you master each level.

Intermediate Pole Dancing
6 Week Class
Intermediate level Pole Dance Aerobics Class. Learn the next level of Pole Dancing with more moves and dance routines. This level requires previous Pole Dancing experience or completion of our beginners level classes as the moves, exercises and routines will be harder and more difficult. You should have already developed enough upper body strength to support your weight while hanging on the pole.
