Many of you have asked if we have a location close to you or expressed interest in our classes but are unable to attend weekly. We have found a solution, Fit & Sexy Bootie Camp Classes. These classes are geared for those women who either live to far away to travel weekly to our studio or for those whose schedules are constantly changing. Fit & Sexy Bootie Camp Classes can include one (1), two (2) or three (3) nights at the Pocono Inne Town hotel at a special discounted rate for those who would require an overnite stay to complete the classes. Bring a friend and share the hotel room and cost. The Pocono Inne Town hotel is just a short one block walk to our studio and is located directly in the downtown area of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Amenities at the hotel include a Bar, Resturant and a Indoor Pool. Free Continental Breakfast included with hotel room. Other things of interest in the area include, Mount Airy Casino & Lodge, Great Wolfe Lodge (Indoor Water Park), The Crossings - Premium Outlet Center, Pocono Raceway (Nascar Speedway), Shopping, Candle Making and many other great things to see or do.
Fit & Sexy Bootie Camp Classes include most of our currently active classes over a one (1) or two (2) day getaway weekend (your choice, depends upon the package and schedule you select). Fit & Sexy Bootie Camp Class activities may include Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing, Zumba Fitness, Strippercise, Hoop Dancing, Belly Dancing, Butts & Guts, Hip Hop Aerobics and Sexy Floorwork.
Each activity focuses on different body areas such as:
Pole Dancing - Builds upper body strength
Lap Dancing - Tones the thighs and butt
Sexy Floorwork - Tones the thighs, butt and abs
Zumba Fitness - Tones and sculpts the entire body
Strippercise - Tones and sculpts the thighs, butt and abs
Belly Dancing - Tones the abs, butt, thighs and arms
Butts and Guts - Focus on your butt and abs
Hip Hop Aerobics - Tones the legs, abs and arms
Hoop Dance - Tones the entire body
Our Saturday schedule will begin at 10:00am and end at 7:00pm and Sunday 's schedule will begin at 10:00am and end at 6:00pm. Each day will include a one hour lunch break. You can take up to fifteen (15) classes over the entire weekend, eight (8) on Saturday and seven (7) on Sunday.
