Who & What is Sensual Fitness Classes ™ ?

Sensual Fitness Classes ™ is a new womens fitness and aerobics studio located in The Montgomery Mall. We offer you creative new ways to exercise and get fit while having fun. Our classes also provide, you, the average woman with sexy new moves that can be taken (along with your new body) into the bedroom.

You can learn the exotic moves of Strippercise, Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing, or Belly Dancing.  You can also get fit with Zumba ® Fitness - Latin Aerobics or Hoopnotica ® Hoop Dance classes. 

We offer different levels allowing your skills to grow.  For our Students & local Exotic Dancers, we also offer Rental Time on our poles, available whenever there isn't a class in session. Our studio's goal is to provide a fun, women friendly atmosphere, for women of all ages (over 18 on some classes) and walks of life. Our studio is the first studio to be in a National Chain Mall and is the  largest of its kind, with more than 2000+ sq ft. and a real nightclub sound system. Give yourself and your man or significant other a sexy treat, as you learn to captivate their attention while burning away the calories.

We also offer pole dance poles, sexy activewear, dancewear and sexy high heel shoes to make your experience even more realistic.
