Our classes also provide, you, the average woman with sexy new moves that can be taken (along with your new body) into the bedroom (or boredroom as we put it). You can learn the exotic moves of Strippercise, Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing, Belly Dancing, or take our jam-packed Stripping 101 classes. You can also get fit with Zumba ® Fitness - Latin Aerobics or Hoopnotica ® Hoop Dance classes. Tone your thighs, calves, ankles and feet when you learn to walk in those exotic high heel shoes with our exclusive Fancy FootWork class or have fun with our high energy Cardio Kickboxing classes. Take a "WALK ON THE WILD SIDE" in our BONDAGE BETTY classes. Learn the safe way to explore bondage for the first time. You will learn how to dominate and captivate your partner and explore new ways to have some real bedroom FUN. We offer different levels of each class allowing your skills to grow. For our local Exotic Dancers, we also offer Rental Time on our poles, available whenever there isn't a class in session. ![I would just like to take a minute to thank you very much for an unforgettable evening. I recently held a bachelorette party and we did a private party with you. One of my girls is missing an arm and we were a little concerned with her being able to do some of the pole dancing. Your instructor was great and brought out the "Fun" in all of my quiet girls.
